Biskvit za torto - a base for a cake

Seveda je prišlo do manjših sprememb.
Na začetku je bila moka, kateri sem dodala par skrivnih, čarobnih sestavin, da je nastal biskvit za torto.

Belo - white:

5 jajc5 eggs
250g250g sugar
250 g moke250 g flour
1 pecilni prašek1 baking powder
1 dl vode1 dl water
1 dl olja1 dl cooking oil


Temno - dark:

SestavineIngredients
5 jajc5 eggs
2 žlici Nutelle2 table spoons of Nutella
75 g  belega sladkorja75 g white sugar
50 g  rjavega sladkorja50 g brown sugar
250 g moke250 g flour
1 pecilni prašek1 baking powder
0,75 dl vode0,75 dl water
0,5 dl olja0,5 dl cooking oil


Po korakih - step by step:

Belo testo - white

Stepamo rumenjake in sladkor. Dolgo.
Mix the egg yolks and sugar. For a long time.

Dodamo olje, vodo ter zopet premešamo.
Add water, oil and mix again.

Dodamo moko s pecilnim praškom.
Add the flour with baking powder.
Previdno vmešamo še sneg iz beljakov na koncu.
Gently mix in the beaten egg whites.
Pečemo na 180°C 40min.
Bake for 40min at 180°C.
Rjavi, čokoladni biskvit - brown base:

Stepamo rumenjake in sladkor. Dolgo.
Mix the egg yolks and sugar. For a long time.
Dodamo olje, vodo in Nutello ter zopet premešamo.
Add water, oil, Nutella and mix again.
Dodamo moko s pecilnim praškom.
Add the flour with baking powder.

Previdno vmešamo še sneg iz beljakov na koncu.

Pečemo na 180°C 40min.
Bake for 40min at 180°C.
